Privacy

A short notice.

This site is a portfolio. It is not an advertising network, and it does not sell personal information.

Who this concerns

The site is published for Doreen Kathambi Gikundi, professionally known as ZuriNiah, an emerging Kenyan model based in Hong Kong. The preferred address is https://www.zuriniah.com. ZuriNiah is a professional name, not a statement that a business or trademark has been registered. Booking enquiries are intended for bookings@zuriniah.com. No third-party analytics product is installed, because a measurement ID has not been provided. A cookie notice records only that you accepted this notice on this device.

What is collected

  • If you send a booking or representation enquiry: your name, organisation, email, country, dates, location, budget and project description.
  • A preference on this device remembering that you accepted this notice.
  • If you are the signed-in editor: the biography, photographs you upload, statistics, and the enquiry inbox, stored against your account.

Photographs of ZURINIAH on the public pages are published by her. Please do not send copies of other people’s identity documents or sensitive data through the form.

Why

Enquiries are kept so she, or someone she later authorises, can reply about a booking or representation. The lawful basis, where UK or EU law applies, is steps toward a contract and a legitimate interest in answering professional approaches. You can withdraw by asking for the note to be deleted.

Cookies

There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Sign-in, if you use the studio, uses the session needed to keep the editor signed in. The consent banner stores one flag in local storage, which is not sent to an ad network.

How long, and your choices

Enquiries stay until the editor marks them reviewed, archives them, or deletes them. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion. If a public booking email has not been published yet, use the enquiry form and say that the request is about your own data. Where the law gives you a right to complain, you may contact the privacy regulator where you live.

Sharing

Enquiry details are not placed on the public site and are not sold. Hosting and sign-in providers process them only so the site can function. The site is served over HTTPS.
